Interesting case …. superficial small biliary channel connecting to the gall bladder …in the bed area.
These channels need to be ligated carefully otherwise they can be a cause for post operative bile leakage….. which will be very difficult to identify on post operative tests like MRCP.
This difficulty can lead to unnecessary intervention in the form of post operative ERCP or re-exploration
